Popcorn and M&Ms
Instead of overindulging in a whole lot of chocolate this Easter, you can try to regulate it by moderating your portions. A great way to still feel like you are having a sweet treat without it contributing a lot of calories into your daily intake is mixing popcorn with M&Ms. Try mixing a cup of popcorn with a ¼ cup of M&Ms.
