  3. If you feel the need to eat, ensure a healthy diet of steamed vegetables and healthy snacks from our snack suggestions
  4. Drink 2 litres of water (8 glasses) every day.

    Some people may experience symptoms, whilst other’s may experience no symptoms. The type of symptoms people may experience are mild and range from headaches, fatigue, lethargy, flu-like symptoms and irregular bowel patterns. These symptoms occur because your body is detoxing. Symptoms normally subside after two or three days.
