Yes, the app has been designed for anyone looking to lose weight with FatBlaster.
How do I delete calories from the App?
The ability to remove or change calories will be introduced in the next update this year.
How do I add meal plans to my daily calorie counter?
You can add meals to your dashboard by accessing the recipes section in the bottom right hand corner. From there you can select particular breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks to achieve your calorie goal.
How do I add my own recipes to the App?
At this point, you cannot add your own receipes. You can add your own calories to the counter by touching the ‘ + ‘ then ‘Add Calories Eaten’ option. From here you can add calories.
Can I add the calories burnt from my FitBit/Apple Watch directly?
At this point no, this feature may become available with our next update.
How do I delete my account?
To deactivate your account simply go to the Cog button in the top right hand corner and tap ‘Delete my account’.
How can I restart my 8 week challenge?
To change or restart your meal plan and program, select the Cog button in the top right hand of the dash board, select ‘Current meal plan Meal Plan 1’ and select a new plan from the options.
How do I change my weight?
At the top of the dashboard, you can add a new weight by tapping on the ‘Weight’ section, then the scales button underneath Goal Weight. From here you can adjust your weight higher or lower and update it within the app.
