Naturopathica $25,000 FatBlaster Challenge
1. Information on How to Enter and prizes from part of these conditions of entry. Finalists will be notified by mail and phone in the 1st week of May 2009.
2. Total prize pool value is $25,000. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes; prizes are not transferable; and there will be no substitutions for the prizes.
3. Persons over the age of 18 years may enter the $25,000 FatBlaster Challenge by filling out the entry form and questionnaire on the FatBlaster website: fatblaster.com.au.
4. Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Follow the instructions in the Competitor Entry Form before getting started with your Challenge. Fill out your 'Before Section' Competitor Entry Form with your 'Before' photos uploaded.
5. All prize values are in Australian Dollars. Prizes are not transferable.
6. When you finish your Challenge period (end of April 2009), fill out the 'After Section', upload 'After' photos within 2 days of completing the challenge on the FatBlaster website.
7. Competitors must complete their Challenge period by the end of April 2009 to be eligible to win.
8. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. *Naturopathica will not be responsible for misplaced or lost entries.

How You Will Be Judged
9. Absolutely anyone over the age of 18 has a chance of winning. It doesn't matter where you live in Sydney, Broome or Longreach, or if you're a man or woman, 18 or 68. Winners are judged on who has made the most physical improvement over the Challenge period and who can best express how the transformation of a slimmer, healthier body has changed their life for the better.
10. Naturopathica will select 25 finalists and competitors will be judged on their overall level of physical improvement and on their answers to the questionnaires. 50% of each competitor's score will be based on physical improvement and 50% will be based on the written questionnaires.
11. All finalists will be awarded a $1000 cash prize.
12. Entry into the FatBlaster Competition constitutes your express consent and permission for Naturopathica, and any of its affiliated companies, to use your name, photographs and questionnaire responses (in whole or in part) for promotional and advertising purposes to promote FatBlaster, its business, related companies, in any media and in any manner whatsoever, without limitation or restriction, and such consent is deemed given by your entry and participation in the FatBlaster Challenge.
13. Submission of your completed Competitor Entry Form shall be deemed your acceptance of these Rules and Regulations (as may be amended) and your voluntary transfer to Naturopathica of all right, title, and interest, including copyright, in your photographs and questionnaire answers.
14. Competitors' questionnaires and scores are confidential and will not be disclosed.
15. Consult your physician or health care provider before commencing any new exercise, nutrition, or supplementation program, particularly if you suffer from any medical condition or regularly use prescription or over-the-counter medications. If you are not experienced with strength training, or if you are changing your exercise program, consult with a qualified trainer or coach.
16. To the extent permitted by law, Cat Media Pty Ltd, Naturopathica, its authorised distributors and related companies including the directors, officers, and employees of any of them will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the $25,000 FatBlaster Challenge.
17. Competitors must notify Naturopathica in writing of any changes of address or phone number. Winners who cannot be reached at the address or phone number in their completed Competitor Guide will be disqualified.
18. Completed 'Before Sections' must be received by Naturopathica after the 1st February 2009, within 2 days of beginning the Challenge. Completed 'After Sections' must be received by Naturopathica by no later than Thursday 30th 2009 Naturopathica will not be responsible for mail delays or misplaced or lost entries. Your 'Before' photos must be taken within 2 days of beginning the Challenge. Your 'After' photos must be taken and uploaded within 2 days of finishing the Challenge. The period a competitor takes to complete the challenge and the amount of weight the person loses between their start date and finish date will be considered by the judges.
19. Please wear the same type of clothing in the 'Before' and 'After' photos. Shorts are fine - please no posing trunks, briefs or g-strings. Try to get the highest quality photos you can. All photos you send in become the property of Naturopathica and will not be returned. Please keep a copy of these photos for yourself and have duplicates made. Do not send negatives - hang onto them yourself, and please don't lose them. Copyrighted photos will not be accepted. Your photos may be used by Naturopathica to promote its business even if you are not selected as a Winner. When you take your 'Before' and 'After' photos, simply stand in a relaxed position with your arms at your sides. Front and back view 'Before' and 'After' photos are required.
Who's eligible to Enter this Challenge?
Competitors must be at least 18 years old before starting their FatBlaster Challenge. Eligibility to participate is subject to the rules and regulations of the state or country where each competitor lives as applicable to participation in contests.
Employees of Naturopathica or affiliated companies, advertising agencies, or consultants and contractors providing services for FatBlaster Challenge, are not eligible to become finalists. Competitors must use FatBlaster brand products during their $25,000 FatBlaster Challenge. Save FatBlaster receipts as winners will be required to provide proof that FatBlaster ptroducts were used during their Challenge Competition. All Finalists will be required to provide proof of purchase for FatBlaster products.
Regulations and Requirements
Naturopathica reserve the right to interpret these rules and, if necessary, to amend the rules at its sole discretion and without notice to individual competitors. Any amendments to the rules or changes in prizes will be published in The Australian and online at www.fatblaster.com.au. Rule interpretations and all judging decisions are final. All information and materials submitted along with your Competitor Guide become the sole and exclusive property of Cat Media Pty Ltd.
Deed of Conditions and Release
Each prize winner as a condition precedent to receiving their prize will enter into a Deed of Conditions and Release in respect of their prize and the conditions of the contest in accordance with the terms attached.
