Fried Mushroom with Scramble Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 3/4 cup egg whites
- 2 T parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
Directions:
- Saute spinach, mushrooms and onions until soft.
- Add egg whites, let sit until they begin to harden, stir.
- After scramble is on plate, sprinkle with cheese and salsa.
